The vessel for the songwriting and guitar playing of Kayla Zuskin. Lavender Blue the band consists of Mike Henry Johnson on Pedal Steel and Synthesizers, Mary Steinbrecher on Electric Bass and Jack Victor on Drumkit and occasionally keys. They are in the process of recording and producing their second full length LP. Their music is best described as slowcore and alternative indie with a dash of Americana.

American rock musician Soot, who is from the thriving city of Nashville, has made a name for themselves in the Alternative Rock genre. Soot's raw and gritty sound gives the genre a new, energizing vitality, and their passionate and expressive tone captivates listeners.

Soot draws influence from Nashville's rich musical history and incorporates alternative elements into their rock songs to produce a dynamic and enthralling aural experience. Their songs deftly combine intense guitar riffs, pounding rhythms, and evocative lyrics to transport listeners to a setting where emotions are strong and boundaries are stretched.

TONGUES OF FIRE: Most bands fit cleanly within a genre but Tongues of Fire don't. At their heart they are a punk band, their shows are unhinged, the music is straightforward and hard hitting, there is no trace of pomp or excessiveness but they are accessible and there is a well crafted feel to what they do. The production on their albums is clean and the instrumentals deceptively complex. They have many contemporaries and influences like Bloc Party, Slint, IDLES and The Fall of Troy but can't be compared to them. Tongues of Fire are firmly themselves, and intent on moving the scene forward.

TAMI HART's music career began while still a high school student in South Carolina, when she was signed to Mr. Lady Records, and toured as a supporting act for Le Tigre. At age 18, Hart’s debut album, 

, was described in the NY Times by Ann Powers as being one of the best albums of 2000. During that time, Hart toured in support of Sleater-Kinney, Indigo Girls, The Butchies and many more.

Hart moved to San Francisco, forming the post punk band GangWay! (Featuring members of the band No Age). Following a move to NYC, Hart formed two more bands, Winning Looks, recorded by Kathleen Hanna. Hart also formed the Punk meets RnB duo Making Friendz, who’s album Social Life received several notable licensing placements (Last Bummer Records). In 2011, Hart joined the band MEN featuring prominent artist JD Samson of Le Tigre fame.

Tami Hart has recently resurfaced as a solo artist, releasing a collection of old and new demos on the Seattle imprint Disc Drive will be releasing her next EP,

From their inception in 2009, the core root of Bestial Mouths has combined Cerezo’s voice with myriad genre influences across the spectrum of goth, industrial, post-punk, New Wave, noise, metal, and other underground sounds using live acoustic and electronic drums and analog synthesizers. With a history in fashion design and gender activism, Cerezo’s visual and social aesthetics are interwoven deeply into Bestial Mouth’s presentation, building outward into captivating theatrical live performances.

PILGRIM PARTY GIRL - For 8 years, Abe Leonard and Hannah Eicholtz have been making lo-fi experimental pop music together. While their songs are warped and screwy, they keep lush pop melodies at their core. The four-track is a star contender in their make-up, as all of their songs are born out of it as they pass tapes back and forth to each other collaging and shaping layers of tracks into hypnotic strangeness.

Pacific Northwest and Los Angeles-based group LAKE has been an indie rock institution since their formation in 2005, bringing endlessly curious musical exploration to their distinctive brand of soft rock.

Today, the trio of multi-instrumentalists Ashley Eriksson, Eli Moore, and Andrew Dorsett continue a singular path with their most recent LP Roundelay on Seattle label OFF TEMPO, adding Balkan and British folk rock influences, odd time signatures, and adult contemporary aesthetic to their already singular sound: whispered lead vocals, gentle romanticism and sly funk.

It was fellow Northwest recording artist Karl Blau (now Philadelphia-based) who became the band's first producer and champion through his subscription-based underground music series KELP. In 2010, the band found a wider audience when Eriksson contributed "Island Song (Come Along With Me)" to the end credits of the hit Cartoon Network show Adventure Time. 

In their now almost 20-year-long career, they have released a series of consistently classic albums, including four LPs on seminal Olympia-based label K Records.

Conspicuously idiosyncratic, the "LAKE sound" has slipped through a handful of genre designations even as it has evolved from early influences, ranging from avant-garde and indie-pop to "experimental pop" and "elevator punk" (an invented genre based on a joke from a friend of the band.)

Their new album, Bucolic Gone, will be out March 7, 2025 on Don Giovanni Records.

Originating from Loveland, Colorado, folk-punk supergroup

In San Antonio de Padua, Buenos Aires, Argentina, a six-year-old boy picks up an electric guitar for the first time. He feels the sharp steel strings and smells the wood while playing his first chords. This moment sparks a lifelong passion for music.

Raised in an inner-city environment, his childhood was half on the streets and half playing music with friends. At an early age he started experimenting with drugs and also playing in local bands.

Soon, drugs became a problem and he started feeling a lack of motivation and self esteem. He eventually leaves his hometown for New York City at the suggestion of his sister, in an intent to save him from a deep depression. In Rockaway Beach, Queens, Juan Zaballa becomes Tall Juan and begins his music career with the support of his New York friends, releasing albums that reflect his personal growth and experiences. His first album, 'Olden Goldies', reflects his English language learning journey and pays homage to his early punk music influences, showcasing his simplistic yet powerful songwriting while 'Atlantico' reconnects him with South American rhythms, displaying his musical growth. His latest release, 'Raccoon Nights', showcases his evolution as a musician and producer, exploring psychedelic-pop with a blend of synthesizers and new wave overtones. Throughout his music, Tall Juan expresses his emotions and experiences, evolving his sound while maintaining his authentic voice inviting a diverse group of collaborators to join him on his journey.
