With nods to cosmic American songwriters like JJ Cale, Gillian Welch, Judee Sill, Gram Parsons and Wilco, the album takes a big-hearted, kaleidoscopic lens to apocalyptic themes with an other-worldy twang. The resulting vision is "deeply adventurous ... [with] a sharp, reflective eye on the rearview mirror (Pop Matters)" and shot through with "soothing, sure-footed tenderness ... [and] an undeniable buoyancy" (Chicago Reader).

 is the solo project of Vivian McConnell, a seasoned songwriter and multi-instrumentalist in Chicago. Flute-forward, cheeky, and a musical chameleon, V.V. writes songs that are witty and full of pleasure, but deliver a vulnerable punch. V.V. has established herself as a supportive insole of the thriving Chicago music scene.

Melanie Ida Chopko is an internationally touring artist living in Asheville, NC. Her latest album, Never Had a Love Like This, is a dispatch from the interior of modern adulthood—a sweeping indie folk record shaped by pandemic-era dating and tech-fractured intimacy. Across these ten tracks, Chopko charts a return to the body, to human connection, and to the natural world.At once delicate, funny, and boldly roaring, the album offers a deeply personal response to some of our most pressing collective questions: living admist the loneliness of modern life and a destabilized climate.

Juan Holladay has been singing, writing songs, and playing in bands since he was twelve years old. In 2006, he relocated from Tucson to Asheville and formed an alternative R&B band called the Secret B-Sides. Since then, he has come into a more lo-fi, down-tempo, sample-based sound with the release of solo material and video content. The nature of Juan’s art is candid and personal, reflecting heavy collaboration with Asheville’s creative community.

Madelyn Ilana is a singer-songwriter, violinist, healing artist, and community leader based in Asheville, NC. Her music lives at the intersection of dream-folk, art-pop, sacred sound, and poetic storytelling. Weaving original songs, improvised violin soundscapes, and spoken word, she creates performances that are both emotionally raw and soulfully spacious—inviting presence, reflection, and transformation.

 is an American songwriter, musician and artist. Ramone rose to prominence as the guitarist and vocalist of indie rock band Vivian Girls, who formed in 2007 and achieved international success with the release of their debut album Vivian Girls in 2008. She also formed the band project The Babies with Kevin Morby (of Woods). During The Babies' hiatus, Ramone embarked on a solo career, releasing her debut album The Time Has Come in August 2014.

CLOVER-LYNN & the HELLFIRES - Clover-Lynn, also known as hillbillygothic, is an American bluegrass and gothic country musician and TikToker. She is the banjoist of the band Clover-Lynn and The Hellfires.

Clover-Lynn grew up listening to country and bluegrass music, citing The Stanley Brothers, Flatt and Scruggs, and Rhiannon Giddens as early influences. She is the lead of the band Clover-Lynn and the Hellfires, formerly called the Laurel Hells Ramblers.

Their exploration of sonic arrangements creates distinct and enticing atmospheres, ranging from bright and vibrant to dark and bewitching. 

 - Cold Choir is Franky and Rio Martinez, an Electro-Darkwave duo. Their sound is rooted im post punk realm with a dose of EBM, Dark Techno, and 80s Electro. With two EPs and a remix album, Rio is a visual artist who plays the keyboard/synths and Franky is the writer and vocalist. Each track will make you dance with reckless abandon.

 is the melancholic soft rock recording project of Chicago, IL singer/songwriter Owen Ashworth (formerly of Casiotone for the Painfully Alone). Using a two-handed arsenal of electric piano, Omnichord, samplers, effect pedals & drum machines, Ashworth builds minimalist, heavy-hearted, & nostalgia-obsessed ballads around his conversational baritone. The warm, electronic sound of Advance Base has been described as "lo-fi," "depressed" & "weirdly uplifting."

 - So much of Moontype’s life-affirming magic is from the evolving confidence and relentless creative playfulness of its lead singer and bassist Margaret McCarthy. As the leader of the Chicago indie rock outfit, her music tackles soft and vulnerable emotions with striking clarity and immersive, unorthodox melodies. Their second album, I Let The Wind Push Down On Me, serves as a reinvention for the band—not just for their new and expanded lineup—but for how McCarthy navigates the changes in her own life and the messy feelings she sings about.
